Level I Refresh
This short course will be used by someone who has already been attuned to Level I. During this training we will review the Five Principles, discuss any concerns with Reiki or your practice, receive an attunement and exchange treatments.

- Reiki Symbols and their use
- Energy focussing and long distance Reiki
- Energy field scanning
- Techniques for energy balancing
- Maintenance of personal energy field
- 8 hours of instruction

Level II Refresh
This short course will be used by someone who has already been attuned to Level II. During this training we will review the Five Principles, three symbols-their meaning and use, scanning and beaming, receive an attunement and exchange treatments.
Duration: 4 hours.

- Level three Reiki information and techniques
- Master/Teacher symbols
- System for passing on attunements
- Values and ethics discussion
- Teaching aids and manuals
- 20 hours of instruction over a 10 month period

Master/Teacher Refresh
This course will be used by someone who has already been attuned to the Master/Teacher Level. During this training we will review the ethics of a Reiki Master, giving treatments, teaching Reiki-Level I and II notes and day agenda, the crystal grid, aura cleansing, receive an attunement, and exchange treatments.
Duration: 8 hours.
